Private Pilates Sessions


Experience the best of Pilates using the traditional Pilates equipment. Unlike matwork, Pilates equipment allows the practioner to isolate muscle groups and allow for greater mental focus, creating much greater and quicker results. With help from a Certified Pilates Teacher, your Pilates program will be designed with your needs and goals in mind. Sessions are scheduled by appointment.

Private Yoga Sessions


Individual Yoga sessions can be very powerful tools for growth and transformation. We offer private yoga sessions that take into account the whole person when addressing challenges. In these sessions we work together with the student to co-create a highly customized Yoga practice to discover and address the underlying foundational causes of the challenges.

Depending on the nature of what you need help with, sessions may include: customized physical practices, assisted traction, mindfulness exercises, meditation, breathing techniques, and more.

Curious about Pilates or Yoga, but don't know where to start? This package will give you a taste of the basics in the studio with a Certified Teacher.

In-Home Sessions

Are you interested in having Pilates, Yoga, or Fitness Sessions in your private home? Do you have a group of friends that will join you for a weekly class? We’ll come to you!


SEMI PRIVATE SESSION (Up to 3 people) - $125

GROUP SESSION (4 plus people) - $200

Pilates Mat Classes

60 MINUTES Dunedin COmmunity Center

The Pilates matwork challenges the core and provides the benefits of Pilates in a large group setting. Using a yoga mat and various small props (balls, bands, straps), these classes are challenging and rewarding.

Current schedule: THURSDAY 7 PM - $7 PER CLASS (drop in, no reservation needed)


Wellness Coaching

first session - 60 MINUTES $120 

Are you interested in making some big changes to your current Wellness Plan? Set up an appointment with a Wellness Coach! With our help, you will find yourself motivated to make the changes you need to create a happier and healthier life. Topics of coaching include nutrition, fitness, stress relief, and more. During your first 1-hour session, we establish habits, goals, and a plan to get you moving in the right direction. Once we establish a plan, check-ins, reviews, and quick meetings are scheduled weekly or monthly. Call us to make your first appointment today!
